Alvenius is PED approved

Alvenius is approved supplier of material for pressure vessel equipment, maximum category 1, according to PED 97/23/EC. The Pressure Equipment Directive in short PED applies within the European Union. PED prescribes that pressure vessel equipment with a maximum working pressure exceeding 0.5 bar ( 7 psi ) are to be CE-marked.

The PED approval has been integrated with Alvenius Quality Management System which means that Lloyds will be examining and checking the enterprise twice a year.

Environment

Alvenius ambition to contribute to a positive long term development is achieved by meeting the demands of laws, regulations and ISO 14001.

Every employee shall receive appropriate education, training and infor-mation consequently enabling them to play an active part in reducing any negative environmental influences caused by their work. Quality

The objective of Alvenius is to supply products and services of such quality that they will fully conform to the demands and expectations of our customers and of the authorities.

All employees shall be given scope for continual development in order to acquire appropriate competence, consciousness and sense of responsibility for their tasks, with the aim of achieving the targets set up by Alvenius.
