Alvenius FlowMax® pipes with ISO standard, for pressures up to 80 bar. The system is often used for permanent installations with sizes up to 323 mm (12″).
Normally, thick-walled rings with a machined groove are used, welded to the ends of the pipes. This is why the system is called cut groove (CG). For low pressures, we also offer a roll groove (RG) system, with a directly groove rolled at the ends of each pipe.
To be used with Victaulic® couplings.
Alvenius FlowMax® pipes for larger sizes, 355 mm–610 mm (14″–24″). The pipes are available for pressures up to 25 bar.
The pipes are either with cut groove or rolled
groove and used with Victaulic AGSTM coupling.
Alvenius K10 pipes with a “shoulder” at each end of the pipe. The pipes are available in standard metric sizes for pressures up to 40 bar, depending on size.
The Alvenius K10 pipes are widely used within mining and tunnelling.
If you don’t find what you are looking for in our standard range, we custom make solutions for your special application. The common denominators for special applications are special requirements for dimensions, performance, weight and strength.
Examples of pipes for special applications are powder capsules for the steel industry, pipes for vacuum waste collectors and mooring pole for port facilities.
