Alvenius K10-System

Vorgefertigte Rohre mit einer "Schulter" an jedem Ende des Rohrs. Erhältlich in metrischen Größen für druckbeaufschlagte Anwendungen.

Pipe OGS & AGS

Our pipes are available with different pressure ratings depending on the application.
To make it possible to easily adapt the system, the pipes are available in different lengths.
The pipes are designed according to SS-EN 13480-3.

*X = 2 for Gray, 5 for Black, 6 for White, 7 for Red, 9 for Blue

Pipe RG (Roll Groove)

For low pressures, there is the system with a roll groove at the ends of the pipe.
The system is called Roll Groove (RG).
The pipes are dimensioned according to the SS-EN 13480 series.

Coupling Flexible, Victaulic® St 75

Coupling Flexible, model Victaulic® St 75

Incl. rubber gasket (EPDM). Flexible coupling for pressures up to PN25. Flexible means that the coupling allows for angular, linear and rotational movement due to vibrations or temperature fluctuations.

Coupling Flexible, model Victaulic® St 77

Incl. rubber gasket (EPDM). Robust flexible coupling for pressures up to PN63 depending on size. Flexible means that the coupling allows for angular, linear and rotational movement due to vibrations or temperature fluctuations.

Coupling Flexible, model Victaulic® 177N QuickVicTM

Incl. rubber gasket (EPDM). Type 177N QuickVic Installation-ready flexible couplings are designed so that the installer does not have to remove bolts and nuts during assembly. The design facilitates assembly by allowing the installer to directly insert the grooved end of the connecting parts into the coupling. Flexible means that the coupling allows for angular, linear and rotational movement due to vibrations or temperature fluctuations.

Coupling Rigid, model Victaulic® AGS W07

Provides a rigid joint designed to restrict axial or angular movement. CorroFlo-coated couplings can only be combined with welded pipe fittings due to the surface coating.

Tee

A wide range of equal tees and reducing tees are included in the standard range.

Elbow

Elbows are used when the deflection offered by the coupling is insufficient.

Hydrant Outlet

A hydrant outlet is an extended tee with a 1½” or 2” externally threaded outlet.

Flanged Adapter

Alvenius offers flanged connectors to easily connect the system to other pipe systems, flanged valves and more.

Welding Ring

Alvenius offers individual welding rings in all sizes to customize pipe sections. These welding rings are compatible with the pipe ends and can be connected to the rest of the system.

Telescopic pipe. Available dimensions: From DN80 (89,3 mm, 3 inch) to DN300 (323,9 mm, 12 inch)

S = Minimum Stab Length for DN80 – DN150 is 125 mm.

Minimum Stab Length for DN200 – DN300 is 165 mm.

Kit for surface repair of RocShield and CorroFlo-coated pipes and fittings.

Heißverzinkt (HDG)

HDG ist eine Methode, die Stahl durch eine Beschichtung mit geschmolzenem Zink langfristig vor Korrosion schützt. HDG wird seit über 150 Jahren verwendet und hat sich in praktisch jeder Situation bewährt.

HDG ist eine ideale Oberflächenbeschichtung für Rohre, die möglicherweise demontiert und wieder zusammengebaut werden müssen, da sie eine äußerst robuste Oberflächenschicht bietet.

Die Rohre sind äußerst widerstandsfähig gegen Stöße, Abnutzung und raue Wetterbedingungen. Darüber hinaus “heilt” die Zinkschicht, wenn sie beschädigt wird.

CorroFlo® (Thermoplastbeschichtung)

Die Alvenius FlowMax-Rohre sind sowohl innen als auch außen mit CorroFlo beschichtet. Diese Rohre sind ideal für Umgebungen und Anwendungen, bei denen saurer Wasser und aggressive Chemikalien ein Problem darstellen.

CorroFlo erfüllt die Anforderungen der extrem anspruchsvollen Korrosionsklasse C5-M gemäß SS-EN ISO 12944-6. FlowMax-Rohre mit CorroFlo-Beschichtung bieten einen unvergleichlich niedrigen Strömungswiderstand und tragen zu einem niedrigen Energieverbrauch im Rohrleitungssystem bei.

Die CorroFlo-Beschichtung minimiert das Risiko von Ablagerungen an der Innenseite des Rohrs.

RocShield®

Für zusätzlichen, langlebigen Schutz vor Abnutzung und Stößen kann die äußere Oberfläche der Rohre mit RocShield zusätzlich zur CorroFlo-Beschichtung behandelt werden.

RocShield ist eine 500 μm dicke LDPE-Schicht, die eine extreme Widerstandsfähigkeit bietet und daher für Rohre in exponierten Umgebungen geeignet ist.

Die Oberflächenstruktur mit ihren guten Griffeigenschaften ermöglicht zudem eine einfachere und sicherere Handhabung.

Oberflächenbeschichtung schützt vor Korrosion und Abnutzung

Rohrleitungssysteme werden unter schwierigen Bedingungen eingesetzt. Alvenius FlowMax Rohrleitungssysteme sind mit einer geeigneten Oberflächenbeschichtung für eine maximale Lebensdauer ausgestattet.

Unabhängig davon, welche Medien Sie in Ihrem Rohrleitungssystem fördern, verbessert eine Oberflächenbeschichtung die Leistung erheblich. Besonders bei der Verteilung von Trinkwasser, wo eine Beschichtung unerlässlich ist.

Komplettsysteme

Das System Alvenius umfasst alles, was erforderlich ist, um ein effizientes, zuverlässiges Rohrsystem mit einer langen Lebensdauer zu entwerfen – Rohre, Kupplungen, Ventile, Bögen, T-Stücke, Übergangsstücke, Gewindemuffen usw.
